Protect yourself from Scam:

As it is in any amazing game in Second Life®, Bloodlines players are targeted by scammers as well!

Scammers are extremely cunning, intelligent but deceitful people without any sign of conscience and morality.

It is very important for anyone in this great community to watch their backs. No matter how many times warnings are sent out, scammers always manage to find new victims. Therefor it is imperative to warn everyone you can about the risks.

  • Always try to trade with people you know and trust!

  • If someone tries to sell you any goods for a price that is too good to be true, don't trust it!

  • If someone tells you they sell all they have because they want to leave the game, don't trust it!

  • Check if the sellers have an active Bloodlines account and if they actually own the goods they pretend to sell!

  • Always triple-check any goods that are advertised, don't believe any kind of excuses (such as "scripts don't work because we are in a sand box") !

  • Don't rush into any attractive deal by fearing someone else might get it before you do. No deal is a one-time unique deal, there are always better opportunities in life. So be careful and take your time to examine the goods.

Getting scammed can be very costly and don't forget that Bloodlines is not responsible for third-party transactions!
